【Product Structure & Core Material Description】

 

  1. Inner Stainless Steel Corrugated Tube: Precisely formed from 304/316L stainless steel with good flexibility and small bending radius. It effectively compensates for pipeline thermal expansion and contraction displacement, buffers equipment operation vibration, and exhibits excellent fatigue and deformation resistance.
  2. Outer Stainless Steel Braided Mesh: High-density stainless steel wire braided layer enhances the hose’s tensile, pressure and impact resistance, protecting the inner corrugated tube from external wear, preventing bursting and cracking, and extending service life.
  3. Transition Adapter Joints: Integrated one-piece machined stainless steel transition joints at both ends, with default R thread and support for RC, NPT, G and other thread specifications, compatible with mainstream industrial pipeline standards for DN6~DN50 sizes. The joints are firmly welded with excellent sealing performance and no leakage risks.
  4. Material Selection:
