I. Product Structure:
The structure of steel wire braided rubber hose is composed of an inner rubber layer resistant to liquids, a middle rubber layer, one or two or three layers of steel wire braided reinforcement, and an outer rubber layer with excellent weather resistance.
II. Product Application:
Steel wire reinforced hydraulic rubber hoses are mainly used in hydraulic supports in mines and oil field exploitation. They are suitable for engineering construction, lifting and transportation, metallurgical forging, mining equipment, ships, injection molding machines, agricultural machinery, various machine tools, and hydraulic systems in various industrial sectors for the transmission of liquids with certain pressure and temperature, such as petroleum-based liquids (such as mineral oil, soluble oil, hydraulic oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil), water-based liquids (such as emulsion, oil-water emulsion, water), and gases, as well as for liquid transmission.
III. Working Temperature:
Oil: -40℃ to +100℃, Air: -30℃ to +50℃, Water emulsion: Below +80℃. For temperatures beyond these ranges, please select the dedicated products from our factory.
IV. Product Features:
1. The rubber hose is made of special synthetic rubber compounds, featuring excellent oil resistance, heat resistance, and aging resistance.
2. The hose has high pressure resistance and superior pulse performance.
3. The hose body is tightly combined, flexible in use, and has minimal deformation under pressure.
4. The hose has excellent flexing resistance and fatigue resistance.
5. The steel wire braided rubber hose can be very long, with the longest reaching tens of meters or even over a hundred meters.
