It features seawater corrosion resistance, high pressure resistance, aging resistance and good sealing performance, specially used for subsea transportation of natural gas, crude oil and other media for all kinds of marine engineering oil and gas transmission.

This series of special subsea oil and gas transmission hoses adopts high-strength steel wire wound skeleton layer as the core pressure-bearing main body. The inner and outer layers of the hose are made of special wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and marine aging-resistant synthetic rubber through composite processing.

The overall structure is scientifically designed with evenly arranged steel wire winding layers and balanced stress distribution. It effectively improves the overall burst resistance and pressure stability of the hose, and can resist harsh external forces such as deep-sea high water pressure, repeated ocean current tension and submarine geological friction for a long time.

Formulated with special materials, the inner and outer rubber layers have excellent comprehensive performance including oil swelling resistance, seawater immersion resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, UV aging resistance, and high and low temperature resistance. No softening, hardening, cracking, delamination or leakage will occur during long-term transportation of oil and natural gas.

The hose features good flexibility, small bending radius, excellent tensile resistance, fatigue resistance and distortion resistance. It is convenient for on-site laying, hoisting and connection, with small deformation under pressure, stable long-term service and longer service life than ordinary hoses.
