【Product Structure & Core Material Description】

1. Inner Stainless Steel Corrugated Tube: Precisely formed from 304/316L stainless steel with good flexibility and small bending radius. It can effectively compensate for axial, transverse and angular displacements of pipelines, buffer equipment operation vibration and noise, and has high flex fatigue strength, suitable for frequent deformation working conditions.
2. Outer Stainless Steel Wire Braided Mesh: High-density stainless steel wire precisely braided reinforcement improves the overall tensile strength, pressure resistance and impact resistance of the hose, protecting the inner corrugated tube from external wear and pulling damage. The explosion-proof and crack-resistant structure is stable, with pressure resistance far exceeding that of ordinary hoses.
3. Straight Welded Joint: The straight pipes at both ends adopt an integrated seamless welding process. The welds are flat without pinholes or virtual welding, and are firmly combined with the pipe body, with excellent tensile and anti-leakage performance. The straight pipe length and special-shaped elbows can be customized as required.
4. Material Selection:
   • 304 Stainless Steel: Cost-effective, rust and oxidation resistant, suitable for general conventional working conditions such as HVAC, electromechanical and water supply.
