Product Overview】
The large-diameter drainage rubber hose is a special large-flow water delivery and drainage rubber hose for large-scale infrastructure projects, farmland water conservancy, mine metallurgy and urban flood control emergency. Specially designed for long-distance water supply and drainage, sediment sewage transportation, negative pressure suction and positive pressure discharge complex working conditions. Adopting multi-layer integrated vulcanization process, it is composed of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant inner rubber layer, single or multi-layer cloth winding reinforcement layer, high-strength cord braided skeleton layer, external metal spiral wire reinforcement layer and weather-resistant outer rubber layer. Tightly bonded without delamination, bulging or cracking after long-term use. Excellent tensile resistance, flex fatigue resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, weather and aging resistance, stable operation in outdoor and high and low temperature environments for a long time. Customizable non-standard diameter, length and flange joint specifications, standard flange connection for convenient installation and tight sealing, essential pipeline product for large-scale water supply, drainage and industrial cooling systems.
【Product Structure & Customization Instructions】
The large-diameter drainage hose has a scientifically stable structure, reinforced with multi-layer reinforcement and metal spiral wire, effectively improving negative pressure collapse resistance and overall pressure resistance, no pipe collapse during suction and no deformation during discharge. High customization flexibility: small diameter below φ25 can be produced up to 100 meters per single piece without intermediate connection; medium and large diameter above φ32 can be customized to any length according to construction needs; conventional maximum diameter up to 1000mm, super large special diameter can be specially customized to meet super large-flow engineering drainage needs.
