Stainless Steel PTFE Oil Seal is a new generation of high-performance shaft seal, integrally formed with a 304 stainless steel skeleton and a composite PTFE lip. It is available in single-lip, double-lip and triple-lip configurations to meet different sealing requirements. Breaking through the performance limitations of traditional rubber oil seals in temperature resistance, pressure resistance, corrosion resistance and high-speed operation, it can operate stably for a long time in extreme conditions. 【Core Material & Structure Description】

1. 304 Stainless Steel Skeleton: Provides stable support and deformation resistance, preventing the oil seal from deforming or falling off under high pressure and high speed conditions, while offering good rust and corrosion resistance.
2. Composite PTFE Lip:
   • Ultra-low friction coefficient (0.02, only 1/40 of rubber), excellent self-lubrication, suitable for oil-free or low-oil environments.
   • Excellent chemical stability, resistant to almost all chemical media such as strong acids, strong alkalis, strong oxidants and gas.
   • Memory shrinkage property: friction heat causes the lip to automatically tighten, compensating for wear, achieving reliable sealing without the need for a spring.

    

3. Optional FKM Material: For specific working conditions, FKM oil seals are available, with outstanding high temperature resistance, oil resistance and aging resistance, suitable for high temperature oil media conditions that traditional rubber oil seals cannot handle.
