PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) Cylindrical Stock
Virgin or filled PTFE extruded/compression-molded cylindrical stock for turning PTFE seals, gaskets and guide rings. Resistant to strong corrosion, extreme temperatures and self-lubricating, suitable for chemical, semiconductor and food-grade equipment seals.
Working temperature: -65℃ to 260℃
Product features: 1. It has excellent turning processing performance, and does not damage the cutting tools during the processing; 2. By filling in materials such as bronze powder, glass fiber, molybdenum disulfide, graphite, carbon fiber, etc., it endows PTFE with various properties such as hardness increase, wear resistance, and creep resistance; 3. It has good corrosion resistance, showing inertness towards most chemical substances and reagents, and can withstand strong acids, strong alkalis, water, and various organic solvents; 4. It can withstand high and low temperatures, with a maximum usage temperature of up to 250℃, and has good low-temperature toughness at low temperatures (-65℃); 5. The friction coefficient is small, making it the material with the smallest friction coefficient among solid materials.
