SAE Flange and Welded Pipe Assembly
We supply high-quality SAE split and full high-pressure flanges in A/B/C/D/E/F/G/H/V series, including companion flanges and connecting flanges. Our range covers split flanges, integral flanges, right-angle welded, square, tee, socket weld, butt weld, threaded and 24° cone flanges, as well as standard and non-standard SAE welded pipe connectors and flange covers. We also provide welded, ferrule and flared hydraulic pipe fittings. Available materials include carbon steel (20#, 45#, Q235, C20, C45, CQ235) and stainless steel (304, 316, 316L, 316Ti). 液压法兰锻制过程的主要目的就是为了获得尺寸、外形完全符合图纸要求的合格的锻制产品。成形的液压法兰有两个基本条件，一是在变形过程中液压法兰圆钢能承受所需的变形量而内外结构不破坏，二是力量条件，就是把设备通过模具向零件施加足够大的及特定分布的力。通过努力制造条件，优化生产工艺过程，生产合格的锻制产品是锻压工作者的重要任务。
sae法兰连接就是把两个管道、管件或器材，先各自固定在SAE法兰盘上，两个sae法兰焊接芯之间，加上o型圈，用螺丝紧固在一起，完成连接。有些管件和器材已经自带sae法兰盘，也是属于sae法兰连接。sae法兰连接是管道施工的重要连接方式。
sae法兰连接有6种类型如下：
ASF——附接法兰的形式，即单个法兰(带O型圈)，另一端为设备。
BSF——连接法兰的形式，即成对法兰(一个带O型圈)。
CSF——不带接管的法兰,对于此种类型不太理解，不知如何使用。从JB/ZQ4187标准的图示上看，似乎BSF法兰中去掉一个焊接头,与软管进行连接的。
DSF——带法兰盖的连接法兰，即成对法兰中的一个为盲板(O型圈在盲板上)。
ESF——带法兰盖的附接法兰，即单个法兰盲板(带O型圈)，另一端为设备。
FSF——不带接管的附接法兰.
