The dual-segmented oil seal consists of four parts: polyurethane keel, polyurethane sealing lip, V-shaped plate spring, and locking spring.
The structure includes a flexible outer ring fixed on the equipment frame and a flexible inner ring retained within the outer ring. The inner ring is sleeved on the equipment’s rotating shaft and remains stationary relative to the outer ring. The inner and outer rings have notches, and also include an elastic retaining ring embedded in the outer ring and an axially-shaped spring embedded in the inner ring.
