Fuel Hose
This engineering vehicle fuel special rubber hose adopts a three-layer composite structure of NBR inner rubber, high-strength fiber braided reinforcement layer and CSM outer rubber. It is specially designed for diesel medium conveying. The working temperature ranges from -40℃ to 100℃, and the negative pressure resistance reaches -0.08MPa at 80℃. Complying strictly with GB/T7762 standard, no cracking occurs after 72 hours of test under ozone partial pressure of 50±5MPa and temperature of 40±2℃. It features diesel corrosion resistance, high and low temperature resistance, negative pressure collapse resistance, ozone resistance, weather aging resistance, flex resistance and leak-proof sealing. The inner wall is dense and oil-proof, and the outer layer is UV and weather resistant. Conventional inner diameter ranges from DN6 to DN50 with complete specifications, customized length and special-shaped bent pipes are available. Widely used in fuel oil supply and return pipelines of excavators, loaders, bulldozers and other engineering vehicles. The engineering vehicle fuel special rubber hose is a core supporting pipeline for construction machinery fuel systems, specially used for diesel conveying. It solves common pain points of ordinary hoses such as poor oil resistance, easy aging at high temperature, collapse under negative pressure, low-temperature brittleness and outdoor cracking. Adopting integrated vulcanization molding technology with three layers of NBR, fiber reinforcement and CSM, the layers are firmly bonded without delamination or bulging. It combines excellent oil resistance, wide temperature adaptability, negative pressure stability and ozone aging resistance, fully complying with the national standard GB/T7762. Suitable for harsh working conditions such as high temperature in engine compartment, outdoor low temperature and continuous vibration of engineering vehicles, it is an optimal accessory for engineering vehicle fuel pipelines.
Product Material & Structure
- Inner Rubber Layer: Made of high-quality NBR nitrile rubber, it has strong corrosion resistance to diesel. No swelling, deformation or oil leakage during long-term diesel conveying. The inner wall is smooth and dense to block fuel penetration and eliminate hidden dangers of pipeline leakage.
- Reinforcement Layer: Built-in high-strength industrial fiber braided layer improves the tensile strength and flex fatigue resistance of the hose. It can withstand vibration and torsion during vehicle operation without deformation or cracking, ensuring stable pressure and negative pressure resistance.
- Outer Rubber Layer: Made of CSM chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber with excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance and UV resistance. It is high and low temperature resistant and anti-aging, resisting erosion of outdoor sunlight, rain and ozone, no hardening or cracking after long-term use.
