Cooling system rubber hose is a core supporting pipeline for engineering vehicle cooling systems, specially designed for antifreeze conveying between radiators, water pumps and intercoolers. It solves common pain points of ordinary hoses such as poor resistance to antifreeze corrosion, poor high and low temperature resistance, easy aging and cracking, and insufficient pressure resistance. Formed by multi-layer composite vulcanization process, the layers are tightly bonded without delamination or bulging. It can convey water/ethylene glycol mixed antifreeze for a long time, adapting to the wide temperature range of -40℃ ~ +120℃ for engineering vehicles. It also has excellent ozone aging resistance and flex fatigue resistance, complying with GB/T7762 industry standard, and is a key accessory for the safe and stable operation of engineering machinery cooling systems.
【Product Structure & Core Material Description】
- Inner Rubber Layer: Made of food-grade EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer), with excellent corrosion resistance to water and ethylene glycol antifreeze, no swelling or precipitation of harmful substances by antifreeze. The smooth inner wall prevents antifreeze adhesion and residue, avoiding pipeline blockage during long-term use.
- Reinforcement Layer: High-strength industrial yarn knitted reinforcement layer, evenly distributed in the middle of the hose, greatly improving the tensile and burst resistance of the hose, ensuring the burst pressure is not less than 5bar, while enhancing the flex fatigue resistance of the hose, adapting to the vibration and deformation during the operation of engineering vehicles.
- Outer Rubber Layer: Weather-resistant grade EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer), ozone aging-resistant, high and low temperature resistant and UV-resistant. Complying with GB/T7762 standard requirements, no cracking after 72-hour test under ozone partial pressure of 50±5MPa and temperature of 40±2℃.
