Adopting multi-layer composite integrated vulcanization process, the product is composed of oil-resistant and wear-resistant synthetic rubber inner layer (nitrile rubber/fluororubber/EPDM), multi-layer high-strength steel wire braided/wound reinforcement layer (2-6 layers cross braided/wound) and weather-resistant and aging-resistant outer rubber layer (neoprene/polyurethane). Some products for high-pressure working conditions are additionally equipped with middle rubber layer to enhance interlayer adhesion strength. Tightly bonded between layers without delamination, bulging or cracking after long-term use, the pipe body is flexible and lightweight, suitable for laying on complex terrain with convenient and efficient installation.
