Large-diameter fabric-reinforced rubber hose is a special rubber hose for large-flow transportation in industrial fields, tailor-made for long-distance water supply and drainage, sediment-containing medium transportation, negative pressure suction and positive pressure discharge operations under complex working conditions. Adopting multi-layer composite integrated vulcanization process, the product is composed of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant inner rubber layer, single or multi-layer polyester fabric winding reinforcement layer and weather-resistant and aging-resistant outer rubber layer. Some products for negative pressure working conditions are additionally equipped with spiral steel wire reinforcement layer to prevent collapse. Tightly bonded between layers without delamination, bulging or cracking after long-term use, the pipe body is flexible and lightweight, suitable for laying on complex terrain with convenient and efficient installation.
